Returns & Exchanges

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

• Since all orders are made-to-order and custom tailored to each customer, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
• Please view all size charts, color charts, and sizing information in the product pages to ensure you are ordering the correct size and color you want. 
• Forced returns will not be accepted. 
• For authorized exchanges, the customer is responsible for paying for shipping to send the original product back to us and for shipping to send out the exchange. 

CANCELLATIONS

• Once an order has begun to process, we can not cancel the order. Orders placed between Tuesdays and Sundays will begin processing the upcoming Monday.
